Love these for cystic acne. They are a little uncomfortable to put on but the discomfort only lasts a second. They are visible on the skin so best suited for overnight or when you’re staying home. They have trouble sticking to anything other than clean dry skin so no other products can be used at the same time which is annoying.

These pimple patches are a must for those with hormonal/cystic acne. They are specifically designed to get rid of those deep, painful spots that never come to the surface to pop— you know the ones I’m talking about! The material is sticky enough that it’s not going to move while you are sleeping. Though they are slightly bulky in size and thickness, so definitely more effective for night wear. And yes, they WORK! Those large, agitating cysts go down usually 50-70% in size with one use, and then completely gone with a second patch. No more picking, scarring, and headaches. Yes they are pricey, but the quality of these microderm patches compared to competitors has me coming back to these again and again

Works overnight usually. No picking or squeezing required. Gunk gets trapped in the patch. (Wash face before patch application and after removal to remove goop.) All you have to do is apply a patch to the blemish. Make sure zit is in the center of the patch for maximum draw-out. Press firmly on the patch after applying it to push the micro points into the affected spot. (This punctures the zit and allows the hydrocolloid to suck out the goo.) If it's a bad zit, I follow up with the regular mighty patches (orange-red box) for two-three more days until blemish is healed. No more scarring or dark red spots. These things are face savers!
