We put it in some mayo, and now the circle is complete.  Why is this better than mixing commercial Sriracha with mayo?  Well, I am glad you asked! We actually cold-infuse all our oils with the spices, and this is our re-making of the Sriracha chili sauce (Commonly seen on the market as Cock Sauce, but without all the added chemicals!).  We get a highly concentrated pure oil, and then strain and turn into mayo! That means you have perfectly smooth, velvety mayonnaise that TASTES just like Sriracha, with no grittiness or chunks! So different. So much tastier.
