Great laptop
Love this laptop! Great value for a very good product. Set up was easy and works very fast .

Didn’t work first try
I ordered this because Microsoft Office was already installed. When I got it set up and turned it on I had a notice that the fan wasn’t working and immediately it shut down. I tried four times. I notified the seller and they told me the fan should be working and just leave it on for a while. They didn’t read that it shut down on its own. Then they told me I can reset the entire computer, but I asked if that would uninstall Microsoft Office. I did not get a response so I returned the item.

Dubious selling point of lifetime Office 2019 license.
So far so good. The bundle downside is the end of support for the lifetime Office 2019 lifetime license. Was rather a dubious offer by seller, to sell package based on insider information on Microsoft's plan to discontinue support for the pre-loaded software.

Love the extras
I love this little laptop. It comes packed with so many extras like a CD/DVD drive, privacy stickers, and mouse. Also, LIFETIME Office. That sold me.

Not working
I just bought this laptop 4-5 months ago and now it’s turning on and I’m being told it could be a circuit board issue, I don’t even know what to do and I’m a student who saved and bought this laptop and now it’s not working. I hope when I reach out to hp this issue is resolved and I get a refund or replacement.
