The assembly smokeskok, but it’s awesome. I’ve had a few knee surgeries, so this is a really comfortable way to gain back some leg strength. Took almost 2 hours We For one person to put together. I’m 5 foot five female and it does not give you enough extension for that height it’s made for somebody taller. I put a different bench under it. It does its job very well.
