First off this syrup has a lovely taste. We use a lot of organic and more natural products and this checks those boxes for me. I purchased a couple of different more natural brands off Amazon several months ago to compare. The Holy Kakow simple syrup was opened last and it has mold growing on it before any of the others despite still being “in date”. All of the syrups have been store as recommended on the bottle. While I understand organic products don’t always last as long, this one seems to have a very short shelf life. My bottles almost full and I have over a month left on it before the date runs out. I’m disappointed to say the least.
