how long is the cord?

The cord was long enough to reach from the cassette slot and allow the phone to sit on the console under it. I do not know exactly how long the cord is because the cassette adapter stopped working within the first two weeks, and I disposed of it as hazardous waste. Amazon does not accept returns of this item but did refund my money after I called them.

I am trying to use this product with my cassette player but it just attempts to for a second then ejects the cassette adapter anyone know a fix?

I had the same issue with the Cassette being ejected constantly. I was told by stereo Techs that I need a new stereo, that was 9 months ago; for some reason today my Cassette Player started working again...I guess my Cassette Player really like The Who Quadrophenia...Lol! So you need to either repair the heads (Cassette Cleaner was constantly ejected also) or get a new stereo. Hope this info helps someone. Good luck!

Will it work with a samsung s7?

Does this work withe an iphone X?

No because iPhone X does not have a 3.5mm headphone jack. You’d have to buy the iPhone to 3.5 mm headphone jack adapter also to use this.
