I purchased these mops to replace the ones I purchased in 2025 . They both Crack at the mop head after using 3 times . I was very disappointed . Why are the mops break after using a couple times .

Absolutely love this product, BUT the tabs break easily! When it works, it makes floors very clean. The squeegee feature it the best to take hair off and get a clean start as you mop. The reason I have a two star is the tabs on the mop head break off after very few uses. I would LOVE if the company would see this review and make those tabs stronger. Such a good product and it just makes the customer frustrated. I have bought 2 and both broke in the same way. You can't use the squeegee function if the tabs are not holding the washable pad on the mop. Please make this better! It is a wonderful invention.

At first, I loved this mop. But in a matter of 5 months… I have had to buy 3 replacements heads. Due to the mop breaking on 1 side. (Where the moveable section inserts into the mop head) None were user errors which support tried to push when I reached out. They snapped while coming out of the dry section. Support also refused to replace the head… even on my 1st purchase which only had been used 3x. Support only wanted to give me a % off when I purchased a new one. When this last mop head inevitably breaks, I will be spending my money elsewhere. Which is sad because it is such a great concept. Very disappointing :(

tooo big for my bucket that i already have. cannot speak for quality. get the bucket that goes with it
