**Q: How much does it hold?**
A: It holds 1 cup maximum.

**Q: I have the old version from OxO and hated it. Is this much better for people who had that one also?**
A: I have nothing to compare to, so I can't give an exact answer. However, if you hate your item, you should not buy the same one again.

**Q: Does this work well for mincing garlic?**
A: The blades aren’t really close enough to easily mince something as small as garlic. You could try it. I think it’s better suited to mince larger items, like nuts.

**Q: would this chop cooked pork or beef?**
A: I don’t think so.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 玉ねぎのみじん切り時短用として購入。

これ、かなり“料理ハードル下げる系”でした。まず本当にラク。上のノブをポンポン押すだけで、刃が回転しながら均一に刻んでくれる。包丁で延々みじん切りしてた時間かなり減った。特に良かったのが、“涙問題軽減”。玉ねぎ切る時の目ダメージかなり減る。完全ゼロではないけど、包丁より圧倒的ラク。自炊頻度上がるタイプの便利さある。あと、サイズ感かなりちょうどいい。縦長コンパクトなので、一人暮らしキッチンでも置き場所困りにくい。容量320ml前後で、少量調理とかなり相性良い。特に良かったのが、“洗いやすさ”。パーツ分解しやすいので、みじん切り器系にありがちな「洗うの面倒」が少ない。刃も直接触れにくい構造なので安心感ある。食洗機低温対応なのも便利。切れ味もかなり良かった。玉ねぎ・にんにく・ナッツ・ハーブ系なら普通にサクサク刻める。押す回数で粗め〜細かめ調整できるのも便利。特に良かったのが、“料理のやる気維持”。みじん切りって地味に面倒で、自炊サボる原因になりやすいけど、これあるとハンバーグ・キーマカレー・チャーハン系かなり気軽になる。一人暮らし自炊勢とはかなり相性良い。ノブも押しやすい。OXO特有のグリップ感ちゃんとしてて、片手でも操作しやすい。レビューでも「押すだけで簡単」「均一に刻める」系かなり多め。特に良かったのが、“生活感少なめデザイン”。白×クリアのOXOっぽい見た目で、キッチンに出しっぱなしでもそこまでゴチャつかない。キッチン雑貨としても割と綺麗。ただ、大量調理には向かない。ファミリーサイズ一気調理だと少し小さめ。あと、硬すぎる根菜系は多少力必要。粘度高い食材を入れすぎると刃周り詰まりやすい時もある。でも、“日常みじん切り時短”としては満足感かなり高かった。良かった点・みじん切りかなり時短できる・玉ねぎの涙軽減しやすい・押すだけで簡単・均一に刻みやすい・洗いやすい・コンパクトで収納しやすい・一人暮らし自炊と相性かなり良い気になった点・大量調理には少し小さい・硬い食材は力必要・入れすぎると回転重くなる・電動ほどの瞬間処理力ではない

ぶんぶんチョッパーが嫌いで、代わりになるものを求めて買った。ぶんぶんチョッパーだと、隙間に入り込んだ野菜屑がどうしても気になってしまっていたが、こちらは完全に分解して綺麗にすることができる。切れ味も良くて、押すだけでできるのは楽。回りながら切るので自然と微塵切りになる構造は感動した。ただ、容器に入るスペースが狭いので、量が切れない。下の蓋は使わず、まな板の上で少しずつ被せる部分をずらしながら切るのがよいかも。これじゃないと困ることはあまりないので、頻度高くは使わないが、たまに何となく使っている。
