Very bad
It had dents when it arrived to me. I ordered brand new but it looks like second hand. I’m very disappointed.

A summary of several psychological theories
I was misled by the good reviews so I bought this book hoping to get new ideas about understanding people or some new insights into human nature. But the only thing I got from this book is a summary of some well-known psychological theories and psychometric tests. Absolutely nothing original. Seriously, how can such a mediocre book can be so overrated. Cheers to successful marketing!

started off ok but...
Started off interesting, as most books, and then it spends hours going into several different "personality tests" and the correlating personality types, which you can't even use to read people, without knowing their types. So why would you even put that in there? It also spends a significant amoung on body language and microexpressions, things you can not see nor practice within a book, as well as a long and draining chapter on "lie detection" that ends with "in the end, nobody can really do it! and it depends on soooo many variables. you just wasted an hour reading this useless chapter" Honestly, I can not recommend this book... I'm wondering where these positive reviews come from. The last chapter was a very interesting with things like hypothetical questions to ask, and the book ended with a nice summary of all the previous chapers main points, for which I can give it credit. It started and ended well, but the main and sadly longest part in the middle of the book, is sadly just "information" without any practical use.
