扁平足の人、買ってみ？飛ぶぞ
扁平足で足疲れやすい人は買ったほうがいい これまで歩くたびに脛がパンパンになったり、走るたびに踵が痛くなる民でしたが、このインソールでだいぶ負担が軽減されました イメージでしか伝えられなくて申し訳ないのですが、踵とか親指に重心が掛かりがちだったのが、足の外側とか足指に負担が分散されるイメージです

薄く固くペカペカの中敷きですが、形状が足のために考えられており、偏平足ですが疲れなくなりました。 クッション材ではないので、吸湿性は無く、汗のかきかたが半端なし。途中で靴下を替えれば快適です。

テニスシューズやUGGのブーツ、スニーカーのソールに。3枚をヘビーローテーションしながら使ってます。 足が疲れにくく、運動能力もあがると思います。

詳しい中敷きのセッティング等は公式HPとYouTube辺りで調べな。
踵がスッポリハマってとても良いわね。 後は靴の中で動いて滑れるように良い感じにカットして使うのだ、チャートはマジで見て自分にベストになる奴を買えよ。踵のホールドは大事。 インラインスケートのインソールとして使い出したが、やはりハイエンドカーボンブーツでも中敷きは所詮オマケだわね、快適性と常時安定のドセンターで違うわね。 メーカー的には入門モデル扱いだが、普通にハイエンド万能型かと。 硬さと快適性のバランスは中々に極上かと。 試せば誰でも分かるだろう違いが出る、縁の下の力持ちだわ。
