I’m disappointed to see that they stopped selling this heating pad!! We had several feet of snow in New Orleans at the beginning of 2025 and we are not used to being cold here. New Orleans hadn’t seen snow like that in over 100 years. I had originally purchased this pad for my medium sized dog - it’s the perfect size for her body. she likes to lay right on top of it and she also likes when I put it over her. We finally hit some cold weather again today in mid November so I pulled it out for her and she’s been laying on it all morning turned up to high. It’s great because I only have to reset it every hour and a half. She used it all through last winter and she’ll be using it all this winter too. I was about to purchase a second one for myself to put over my legs and feet and use for my severe back pain from a car accident. I don’t dare take away the heating pad from my dog to use for myself. She comes first. I feel like this heating pad will last a long time, the quality is really good. My dog loves it. It gets very hot, but not enough to burn you. I feel like it is very safe. I DO NOT use it in an extension cord. I only let my dog use it when I’m home though to be extra safe. She is currently in toasty marshmallow heaven on this cold day. Only the best for my dog.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I had high hopes when I got it. It heated up fast and had several different heating levels, while most only jave three. It worked great for the first week and a half. Now, when I turn it on, it lasts about 3 minute, then it stops working and all the lights flash off-and-on until I unplug it, then it does it again. Absolutely disappointing.

I’m so glad I ordered this heating pad! It’s great for back pain, cramps, and muscle tension. This pad gets nice and hot and allows you to adjust the heat and timer settings easily on the attached remote. I haven’t had the need to wash it yet, but I think spot cleaning will be best. If you don’t have one of these, you’re missing out!

It looked good but I returned it as my husband already purchased one. Amazon, as usual, was great to accept the return.

Got the heating pad, plugged it in and it worked great. Loved the control, the extra levels. However, a week later, went to use the heating pad for the 3rd time, and nothing. Will not heat. Just blinks. It's been a week, so I don't have the freaking box & now I can't make a return. Save yourself some hassle & money, buy a different heating pad.

Finally a heating pad that is durable and is just the right length. Has automatic shut off you control, with easy to read controls

I have no idea why this has so many good reviews. I’ve had mine for a few weeks and it’s already not working. There were soooooo many reviews saying it started blinking and stopped working. Also some of the other one star reviews are concerning (burns) EDIT: I requested a replacement in case it was a one time occurrence and the replacement sucks too just get literally any other heating pad Sincerely, Someone who just came out of physical therapy
