I got this to go on my mothers hospital bed. The storage pouches seemed a fantastic idea, especially as she is short of space in her bungalow. The problem is the design - if you live alone and wish to actually use it, well, good luck with that. My mother is utterly incapable of folding it down both in and out of bed due to her arthritis. In bed is nigh on impossible unless you are able bodied, agile, or have a carer. This means this feature, the one we wanted, is utterly useless. The instructions are also most certainly not easy to follow. For the price id expect far better. My mother wouldnt use it even for a single night as she was afraid she would get trapped in her bed.

Poor design side bar only flies down when you take off 2 u clamps,bit awkward when lying in bed and you have to get up if you are disabled like myself it's very hard to d.also instructions very basic to poor.better if design was a catch or button that let's you fold down the side rail also could do with grips or foam on handles.
