Review: 最高のテキストです。翻訳にはPCOTをお勧めします。 - 私はIT業務歴40年ほどです。Cisco CCNAは合格しています。IPAのセキュリティマネジメント試験も初回に受けて合格しました。CompTIA Security+ を受けようと思いこちらを買いました。Kindle版が1,000円ちょっとで買えるのですが内容は素晴らしいです。英語版のため初めはコピペでGoogle翻訳をしていましたが、Kindleはコピペの量または回数に「上限」があるらしく翻訳できなくなったので調べたところ、「PCOT」というゲーム用の画面キャプチャ翻訳ツールを無償で提供されている方がいらっしゃったので、そちらで全体を翻訳して勉強しました。問題も、正誤の説明がすべてあるので最高です。翻訳のニュアンスで間違えるとつらいので、念のため純正のe-Book（1年間有効。2万円）も買いましたが、技術的には「FIDO」（パスキー）の記述が追加されている程度なのと、確認問題はふわっとしていて実践的ではなく、はっきり言うと買わなくてもよかったです。受験費用が値上がりしたタイミングでリテイク（無料再受験）付きがリテイク無しと同じ金額だったので受験しました。2025年8月に合格してリテイクは無しでした。日本語化でPCOTを使う手間はありますが、その作業自体で文章を推考することが初回の勉強にもなり、Webサイトに補完情報や正誤表もあります（けっこう致命的なものもありました笑）。私は正直、この一冊で合格できました。 あと、これは個人的な好みの問題です。PCOTの翻訳エンジンですが、アプリ内で連携できるのはDeepLまたはGoogle APIです。どちらも自分には違和感があり、自分用のテキストとして読みやすくまとめたかったので、面倒ですが一番しっくりくるWeb上のGoogle翻訳に流し込みました（Google APIは非公式版なのでエンジンが古く、Web版のGoogle翻訳とは異なった翻訳をする場合があります）。 Review: 初心者の私に英語とセキュリティのとてもいいちょうどいいレベルの勉強になった - セキュリティの仕事を開始して半年以内の私にとってはちょうどいいレベルだった。またセキュリティの英語を覚えることもできた。
