Collapses into the size of an empty cardboard toilet paper roll
Backpack is fantastic. Will fit 13" or 15" rMBP, with plenty of room for other stuff. Its water resistant, with high quality zippers. Material is similar to "parachute" material, so it's durable, but not like canvas. Carrying pouch is attached so you won't loose it. Straps could be better, but for the price work just fine. Folds into carrying pouch, it's about the size of a cardboard toilet paper roll, and weighs a few ounces. Easily fits in a pocket or carabiner onto something else.

Super packable and light
Super lightweight and very small and packable. Used in Iceland in moderate rain and it did well. The straps are quite thin, so I don’t think it will fit a larger male. But worked well for my smaller frame.

Perfect for short international travel
Bought this vs a better made pack so if it was stolen or completely damaged while abroad, I wouldn’t be sad. It did its job for this week long trip using it in the jungle and urban setting. It is indeed a very lightweight bag that folds/stuffs down to a minimal size. It carries okay, as long as there isn’t a bunch of weight in it. We got the 18l to avoid this circumstance and it worked. Was smaller than any other 18l pack I have owned, but fit an insulated fleece, rain jacket and water bottle fine. The shoulder straps were uncomfortable after a couple of hours and somewhat frustrating by the end of the day if loaded. We had them in complete downpours in Ecuador and our contents were not wet, surprisingly. There is nothing waterproof about the pack, nylon material impregnated with a water resistant sealant, and water resistant zippers. I would imagine that after a few months this would no longer be water resistant any more. The front pocket is deep, going all the way to the bottom of the pack so things can get lost in there pretty easily. One more divider pocket on the I side of the pack would have been nice. We did not use the water bottle holders except for when we purchased disposable water bottles, as they were too narrow for a nalgene, and the unequal weight distribution would have cause some issues with the way the pack wore. All in all, with $17 to destroy and potentially lose in a foreign country for a bit, or small trips around home where we are going light and dealing with lack of comfort.

Small, lightweight and durable.
I bought this primarily for an upcoming trip to Alaska. But we made a quick weekend trip to Dallas so I used it as a carryon and day bag. It was perfect. Unlike most backpacks, it is super light and takes up very little space so it fits easily under a plane seat. Also it is easy to carry around while out and about to hold the miscellaneous items one may need of aquire on a short trip. I had a 13” laptop, snacks, and other items in it and had room to spare. Being water proof is a bonus.

All Around Reliable Packable Daypack for 3 Months Traveling Europe
Held up as my daypack for 3 months traveling around Europe. Water does run off the surface and is waterproof. It does start to sweat through when exposed to water for a prolonged period of time, but worked for me. Starts to show some wear on the bottom I think from putting it down on rocks and other rough surfaces. Defiantly not a big pack but held all I needed for walking around during the day: 26oz water bottle, sunscreen, hat, snacks, and little phone tripod (also sometime carried a raincoat). Packs down super small (about the size of my fist) which was perfect for storing when I was flying and could only have one bag. Unless you’re filling it with really heavy stuff, it’s hard to fill with too much stuff to carry comfortably. The straps are thin, but again, with what I was carrying it was fine. I’m continuing my travels in Asia and will try to update in a couple months to let you know how it’s holding up.

Exceed expectations
I am very impressed with this packable backpack and I am picky when it comes to backpack since I am quite petite. I did not have high expectations for a backpack at this price but it definitely exceeds my expectation. This backpack is lightweight, waterproof, and a perfect size for a petite lady who doesn’t want to carry a lot on a day hike. My wallet, phone, and keys could fit in the front pocket. The main compartment was roomy. I could fit my iPad, a lightweight jacket, a pair of training shoes, and still have extra space. Aesthetic wise, it is simple which is great for outdoor and good for the city.

zipper broke on first use
The zipper fell apart the first time I used the pack. The pack seems to have a lot of nice features. I got it to use as a summit pack for multi-day trips. It makes a great stuff sack to hold my extra clothes in the big pack and then I can carry water and a jacket on a side hike. The zippered pocket is nice but too narrow for my (large) hand to fit in and pull out stuff from the bottom. There was no water bottle or anything heavy in the pack when the zipper just failed. Perhaps my unit is an outlier and the only bad one but I would not take that chance. There is a lot of inexpensive stuff on Amazon. Some are great deals while some are junk. My limited experience suggests that this pack is junk.

Very light and compact
The pack is very light and compact and can be folded to the size a little larger than a 12oz can of soda. It is holding up light daily use but the materiel is extremely thin and feels like it would rip if it caught any rough or sharp edges. I have not tested how water repellent the pack is. It would have been nice to have a smaller pocket inside the main compartment and cinch straps for the outside mesh pockets to hold down a water bottle. These are nice to haves, but considering it was on $15 I can't complain. Overall, the pack will do well for light day use or as a walkabout pack to pack in your luggage when on vacation.
