Audio is always lagging way behind the video. How can this be fixed?

Firmware 1.17 solved audio/video sync issues for me. Also try H.264 instead of H.265 encoding.

How much latency if any?

Faster then Computer or SlingStudio or LiveStream - they can go 30-90 seconds latency. This little beast had less then 10 seconds or faster - but will depend of your connection

Can I use this to stream to Vimeo Live?

You can stream to any rtmp address that you have access to.
