Won't honor warranty if used outside us!? teflon coating began bubbling within first 3 uses and peeling..? so beware, and parts won't ship here..?

I've been using my Panasonic Home Bakery Bistro at least four or five times a week for the past 4 months without any problems. It is IMPERATIVE that you use a transformer to convert the US 120v down to 100v (such as this one https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0017H8ILS/), or this very carefully calibrated machine will run hot, which is probably why the coating started bubbling and peeling.
