I don't use the accessories, but the price was good for just the bar. I like that I can mount and take it down really fast. My door frame molding is tapered, so I had to add a 90 degree molding to the back of my door frame so that it can sit on something. Don't expect too much from the nutrition guide, but then again, that's not the main purpose of this product.
