what types of termites will this kill in dry climate?

I have 3 foot soffits so rain never gets close to my foundation. Do I apply close to foundation or out where it will get rain exposure?

Apply as close to the foundation as possible, lightly water to soak the pellets in.

Is this going to kill lizards?

Great question! All BioAdvanced products, including Termite Killer Granules, are safe for use around wildlife when used according to label directions. The product will not be harmful to lizards. -Madison

Does this product penetrate deep into the soil or just the top surface?

Hi Rand! When watered in this product will only penetrate the upper most levels of the soil.

AAA Review: I live in Houston Texas, prime breeding grounds for termites. My contracted Exterminator recommended this for a self defense and to control the termites as an alternative do it yourself. Very simple, I used a small spreader targeting my entire foundation perimeter of the house and watered down the granules, once every April and again early May. 100% works no termites. My neighbors have them but I don’t. These are the ones that breed and are born every year from the ground. I highly recommend this product. Review: On recommendation I bought these granules to get rid of sub-subterranean termites around my house. Long story short.... bought a house, termite inspector "saw nothing", deal closed and shortly after moving in... a big swarm. Of course, me holding the bag. Looked up various advice and bought this. Used it, and sure enough... no more termites and various other things in the house. Treat once a year by just sprinkling around the foundation. BEAUTIFUL! 2nd year.... absolutely NOTHING. ALL termites gone. Unfortunately several states are now banning this because "Bees". It is NOT banned, oddly.... for your friendly, high priced pest control guy with the shiny expensive truck and clip board. Hmmm..... Maybe because it costs $50 or so a year to treat your entire house in 20 minutes?? AND it works??? Mind you, the active chemical is used in several products that were used to spray plants, which is the issue regarding the bees..... this was sadly lumped in, but is ONLY used within 6" of your foundation. Always be mindful of beneficial creatures!! So if you value your home and are a diy person, get it while you can......

Keeps the dreaded pests away. Probably not very good for local soil and water ...but termites need to be controlled! Easy to apply, convenient dispersion /application. Not always in stock at local box stores. Requires repeat treatments. Other various crawlers will turn up dead a few days after application. Do not apply near storm drains or run-off areas.
