Can I install it at the top of stairs?

Yes. The S12 is a hardware-mounted baby gate designed for stairways and doorways. Always follow the installation instructions and secure the mounting hardware to a suitable structural surface.

How do I know which S12 size fits my opening?

Measure the width at the upper and lower mounting points before ordering. Choose the S12 size whose specified fit range covers your measurements.

How do I choose between 28" and 34"?

The 28" option is designed for everyday family use, while the 34" option provides additional barrier height for homes that prefer more coverage or have larger dogs.

Can I install the S12 on drywall or plasterboard?

When the mounting hardware is secured into suitable structural support behind the wall. Do not install directly into unsupported drywall or plasterboard.

Why choose a hardware-mounted gate over a pressure-mounted gate?

Hardware mounting creates a fixed barrier without a bottom bar, making it well suited for stairways and high-traffic areas where long-term stability and trip-free passage matter.
