The bristles are now the correct softness, and it appears that they have been redesigned to be similar to their CrossAction manual toothbrushes which do such a great job of plaque removal. I also have an Oral-B electric toothbrush, but this manual toothbrush looks and feels much more premium than the electric one. The removable heads are a great idea, and it's very easy to pop them on and off.
