Works perfectly-great popcorn
This machine is really well made and we’ve been getting a ton of use out of it. The perfect size for a family of 4 (however more than that you’d need a bigger machine or small servings) The only complaint is that it’s a bit of a pain to clean it out after but that’s all. We really love it!

Love the product, but need some help with repairs
We loved this product for a few years. Recently the popping basin male plug broke and it is currently unsusable. I have attempted to find a replacement piece, without any luck. If someone can help me out that would be much appreciated.

A great upgrade. I had a small unit with a 2.5 oz kettle that outlived its usefulness. I got a deal on a used unit, that had a small dent on it, but is appeared otherwise unused. Put it together and it works perfectly. I can make four times as much popcorn a batch with this unit then my old one. Contrary to a previous reviewer, mine did come with tempered glass. Only small difference is that the tilt door is red plastic, not metal like the photo. However, the picture on the box I received did have a red plastic tilt door so it matched the packaging. Couldn't be happier with it though, considering the deal I got on it.

Looks great, fairly easy to assemble and came with very few defects that are acceptable.
Came a week early, just in time for Fathers day. Much smaller than I thought it would be, likely why it's not show beside anything that would give away it's small scale. Just as well, easier to move upstairs to the movie room for the Fall and Winter from outside. Instructions are very weak, at least the parts are shown to scale so you know which bolt is which. Only took about 45 minutes to assemble by myself, could have been much faster but...I took my time, didn't want to have to re-do anything and..I put no-seize grease on each bolt in the event of rust making it impossible to adjust or take apart. In one of the last instructions for the wheel assembly..they suggest putting their washer on the inside of the leg before the nut..good idea, but it's a large washer, too large to fit, so I had to get 2 of my own, so be prepared to have some washers on hand. In another assembly point, there was no washer available although there should have been so I put 2 of my own so that the nut could be tighten without damaging/compressing the leg. Overall, fairly good construction and easy to assemble. Parts artwork on assembly instructions could have been much more clearer, some educated guesswork will be required..but shouldn't be if they drew it better. Now to test it and try some popcorn... that'll have to wait till a later update. Would have been a 5 but...see above assembly issues and some minor delivery issues (left on front porch in it's original packaging..likely too big but tempting for porch pirates) and some internal damage to the Styrofoam. If you're looking for a "LARGE" popper...this isn't the one, but it's probably more then capable of making lots for a small crowd under 10 people. Tried it out today, very , very easy to use, plug it in, turn it on for 4-5 minutes with nothing in it. Turn it off, added 4 tablespoons of coconut oil and 2 cup fulls of the supplied measuring cups of Orville Redenbacher (bought this morning at the grocery store). Turn it back on, close the doors, sit back and watch the show. ...and in around 6-7 minutes it was done, very impressive, took a picture of the volume of popcorn it created. Too much for the 3 of us, but likely just right for a crowd under 10. Be sure to clean it out before you use it......

Fun and easy to use!
Just received this today ( mar 19) could not be happier! Shipped super fast, easy set up, but like other reviewers have said the instructions are small and not labelled well. I had it set up in approximately 35-40 min. Popcorn popped up nice and fluffy and tasty! One thing I will say is the kettle gets really hot and cools slowly so keep kids hands away. Excellent and fun popcorn machine! Love the look and cleans up easy to!
