This is the second time I purchased the product. I have sensitive skin and this does not bother it. I love how there are two seperate ends. I can fill more and quickly with the wider feathered end and the single brush end allows for fine details hair like strokes. The color is pretty good and is fairly natural. Downside is if you store the pencil upright only the end facing down seems to flow well. So either store it with the end you don’t want to use up or store it on its side. Because of my skin issue I only use it a couple times a week so it seems to last plenty long. I can’t speak to longevity if you use it every day. Overall I am satisfied with the product.

I really like this product. Goes on easily The more practice the better. The only thing I don’t like is if you have more than one. You can’t tell what shade is. Only on the box does it say the color. Or does it say which tip is where. I don’t know about you but I am always in a hurry for work. So anything that helps with that is appreciated.

My hair is a dark blonde/light brown color, and I always use the soft brown color for my eyebrows. The first time I ordered it, it was a perfect match, but I ordered it a second time and it was completely orange. I'm not sure what changed, but it was pretty dissapointing. I will try ordering it again, maybe in another color, because I do like the pen itself alot.

This item was labeled soft brown but it has so much red in it that it would be suitable for those with red or auburn hair. Could tell just by looking that it would not work for me.
