I bought these for my 6yo who always suffers with a blocked nose when she's got a cold. They not only stayed on all night but they seemed to work. At approx £1 a patch, they are on the expensive side, but they worked for us and I will definitely keep a pack in the cupboard, especially to take away with us as there's no mess and can be used any time so ideal for travel.

I have two autistic children who don't like strong smells so when they get a cold viks isn't an option. I saw these and thought I'd give them a try. They're not an over powering smell but help when all bunged up. Both children didn't mind having these on thier pj's and it helped them sleep better due to it helping with blocked noses. Highly recommend if you want something that isn't strong and don't like having to rub it into the skin these are perfect.

Was tickled to find that these stayed on while I was really restless & miserable with Covid! Its strong & soothing (lovely/complex) scent helped me to stay focused & grateful on the fact that I was, luckily, still breathing …barely :-) AND was stunned that I could even catch whiffs of it ALL the next day as I crawled slowly around the house in my pj’s :-) I’ve ordered in several more boxes to always have these on hand—but gave them just 4 stars as I wish that they were more cost effective so that they could be used MUCH more regularly…like for high pollen count cloggy times! But will obviously pay whatever when I’m totally feeling lousy & can’t breathe!

Easy to use. Just peel off the plastic film and stick it on your clothes. I also like that it’s individually packed so it’s convenient to carry around if need be. There’s some nice peppermint smell immediately but not sure if I can smell it while sleeping. I try to paste it as high as possible on my clothing. Not a bad product! Recommended for small kids to ease block nose. My shirt was thin and I felt some minty feeling on my chest which was good since I had a nasal congestion! Would bring it along when I next travel!
