Actually life-changing. I'm a single mom, two cats, a free range rabbit, and two preteen boys. Even on days where we swept, mopped, and vacuumed- it felt like you couldn't tell by the next day. Well, not anymore! It was super easy to set up, the app for it holds your hand pretty well too, and we just hooked it up to our Alexa! It is great for the pellets, sucks it up just fine for my Rex mini. I wouldn't let it eat the hay, but hair, dirt, dust, it grabs it all. It's pretty quiet, it's pretty clever on its maneuverability, and it's got a solid vacuum. The mop is a nice bonus. As a first time robot owner, this was a very solid purchase. I feel civilized, fancy, and my house does not scream "oh, you have a rabbit.." anymore.

I bought this in May 2025. It is totally dead today. I use it about once a week since I got it. I have never used the mop. It isn’t the battery. It is garbage. I have a Eufy that I have been using for about 4 years and it is still going strong. I use each one for half of the house. I wouldn’t recommend.

Vacuum function works very well, random pattern is very random and the room function doesn’t work super well unless you have empty rooms. It does seem to get caught and trapped somewhat consistently. I wasn’t overly impressed by the mop function and felt like it left the floors very damp

I’ve always wanted a vacuum mopping cleaner, finally decided to buy one! So happy it works amazingly! Easy to set up, clean every corner of my flooring. I never have to clean by my hands ever again!! Life is changing by this robot!

Probably worst purchase of the year. It will never go over the threshold into the .kitchen A few long hairs renders it useless. It doesn’t mop. It never returns to base. It was a total waste of money. I had planned on returning but arrived while I was out of town and too late to return. I bought this based on sale price and reviews but does not meet my expectations.

Day 1. Unable to figure dumb down wifi as of yet. Price was reasonable for a 1st time robovac. It bumps into everything. Definitely need to pick up rugs or cords. Auto seems to work its way around the house with the exception of needing to close doors to rooms you know it can't do due to carpet thickness. Kept bathroom door shut this 1st time. Definitely picks stuff up. Especially dust. Will change stars if and when I can make it more efficient and or use the app. I could probably swiffer dust and bono mop floors faster. Plus it doesn't fit under some furniture. I also had difficulty finding a docking port location with enough space around it for it to find its way home. Small house.

I know This item by my friend recommended. It’s so great product. I have issues for cleaning bc I have three cats. I need to clean my house every time. It’s so crazy work. But this product completely instead my job. I love to recommend it to all ladies.
