It's hydrating, it's amazing under eyes. However, the packaging leaves something to be desired. It's made to look like a lipstick tube. However, it's very confusing because it's not a lipstick, so make it look like a concealer with a solid lid that actually stays on the product. The top gets knocked off very easily. It doesn't fit right from the moment you open it, and the clear plastic eventually cracks and leaves this concealer getting disgusting and gross inside of your makeup bag not to mention the concealer, getting all over the contents of your makeup bag, purse, or whatever you happened to put it in. As long as you put this in a ziploc for travel its great.
