このブランドのBCAAを飲むのは初めてなので、色々な味を試してみるのに丁度良いサイズでした。 水に溶けやすいけど、泡も結構たちます。 味も濃いので水の分量を多くして飲んでいます。

エクステンドはリニューアルしてから全体的にゼラチンや粉薬感のある味になってしまいましたが、マンゴーが一番マシで飲みやすいです！ それでも気になるという人は薄めにして飲むのがおすすめです。

トレーニングはずっとやっていましたが BCAAは摂っていなかったので色々調べこちらのマンゴーが一番人気との事で購入。 甘いとレビューがあったのでメーカーおすすめの量よりやや多めの水600ccで割って飲んでみました。 ・・おいしい！水600ccでも甘めに感じたのでスッキリしたい人は水700ccくらいでもいけるかも？ 市販のザバスのボトルでシェイクして作りましたが特にダマにもなりませんでした。 飲んでトレしたところBCAA効果なのか分かりませんが、レップ途中で限界が来る事なく 普段より多めのレップでトレ出来ました。 酷いようなレビューも見て海外製品なので心配もありましたが、こちらは商品の状態も綺麗で フタ裏も綺麗でした。 もう少し続けてみようと思います。

I bought this XTEND drink powder to use as a pre-workout mix primarily because it has NO CAFFEINE (no jitters) and because I needed something to help my muscles recover faster and also because of the Electrolytes. The first time I used it during my exercise routine and halfway through I started to run out of gas! I had to continue drinking cold water to cool me down. The second workout I actually drank this mix 30min. before my workout and I tell you what... it worked wonders! Half way through my workout I felt like a caught a second wind and was able to finish my workout strongly. I love Mango so I love the taste. I make my mix with about 12oz of water and its a tiny bit on the sweet side and I did notice there was a tiny bit of powder floating at the bottom of the mixing bottle, but if you want yours not so sweet feel free to add a little bit more water. Highly recommend!

It is a 101% genuine product, you can take it with your closed Eyes. Before taking it, I was also scared that, It is a health supplement, if I get the wrong one then it will have a bad effect on the body, but after taking it I came to know that it is absolutely original and the taste is also very good, I enjoyed taking it, thank you Amazon😊
