Are they all different dinosaurs or are there duplicates?

There are 11 different styles of dinosaur with random duplicates for a total of 60 pieces.

How do I get a refund on the product that never arrived and the option to report that it had never arrived is no longer available. Help?

Amazon has chat as a help option, or you can request a phone call. That would be the route to take, seeing as you let the time lapse.

I ordered this. But got the farm animals. And can not find any other way to message the sellers. Does anyone know how to contact them?

U can return the item by contacting amazon customer care and tell them ur concern they will surely help

Can i paint these a different color?

I don't see why not. I would paint them with a non toxic or child safe paint.
