These can be armed with hot-shot lasguns, with the option to replace the hot-shot lasguns with a choice of 5 additional special weapons: a plasma gun, meltagun, grenade launcher, flamer or hot-shot volley gun. 1 model can be built as a Tempestor whose right hand can be equipped with a powerfist, chainsword or power sword, and you can choose to upgrade the left handed laspistol to a bolt pistol or a plasma pistol. Good quality models and presentation. I like that the Kill Team approach has a smaller cost of entry and you can dabble with these reasonably priced expansions. However, it seems to be the trend that the expansions don’t quite hit the 100 point value you would typically use in the rules. That’s my only criticism. But it’s still far less expensive than committing to the full size 40k army if you just want a quicker 40k fix. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Sucks to re-buy *by J***Y on Reviewed in the United States on March 25, 2019* The worst thing about Kill Team is that you have to re-buy miniatures you may already have to get the cards and scenarios in these kits.You can make your own cards from the main rulebook, but they do not seem to come out the same.
