Is this set appropriate for 4 year old?

If the four year old is very bright! Would have been ok for my GD but not her younger brother at 4! They are only 11 months apart in age! I gave it to her at 6 she loves it!

No, it doesn't come with a DVD. I wouldn't recommend it, its not as cool as it looks+ the tricks are not that impressive. It give some basic knowledge of magic. My kid got bored in 2 days.
