If the Otter box case is larger then the Survivor then I wouldn't advise it. **Q: What are inside dimensions? How long is the shoulder strap? Is the strap adjustable?** A: I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 inch and it fits perfectly. No room for anything else really inside the bag.
