This is the best electrolyte powder you can find. More potassium than any other I’ve researched. Tastes great. No super sweet aftertaste. Good stuff.

Good source of potassium. Tastes lightly lemon and not too seeet. Dissolves easily. I did not, however, like the orange flavor- it was too sweet and too citric acid tasting. I now subscribe to the lemon so I don’t run out.

Its pricy, but its the best and worth it. The taste is good, natural tasting. I use one scoop of the lemon flavor with 32 ounces. 1000mg of potassium can not be beat. I have tried all the cheap I ones. They taste bad. And I dont feel as good either. I trust Dr Berg, and I pay for a better product. 2 month supply for me buying this isn't too bad.

High percent of potassium, which is ideal, and it does a great job of improving hydration. Taste suits me - not like candy, just a bit of tart lemon. Unfortunately, they sweeten it with stevia, which is just dumb, and gross. A good hydration drink NEEDS some glucose (sugar) in it for best absorption - that's well documented. I throw a 1/2 tablespoon of sugar into each serving to improve the hydration properties. If they made this either with no sweetener, or ditched the stevia and put in a small amount of sugar instead, the product would be the absolute best thing going.

I am used to this product, loved the taste and it gives me energy on my long hikes. I add it to my water bottle when hiking and feel way better on my hikes. The energy change I get is instant.
