Would this fit a 2021 Royal Enfield Meteor 350?

I would say yes. These are simple pivoted / barrel cable compatible levers. They should work fine with the Meteor 350.

Does it fit Interceptor 650 2023?

Not on 2023 but it does fit 2022

El producto no es compatible con Royal Enfield Hunter y cuando intenté hacer la devolución fue muy complicado y caro pues el comprador debe cubrir el costo de regresarlo a china. No es como otros productos/vendedores de Amazon con quienes es fácil hacer la devolución.
