If you don't use the entire bag, does this need to be refrigerated?

They are freeze-dried, not frozen; when I am done giving the cat a treat, I squeeze out the air from the bag and zip the top closed, and put it back on the shelf. With the water removed from the chicken and vegetables, these are dry, like toast or croutons.
