Frequency is good for face massager, but feels like handle is vibrating more than actual massaging part. Probably option to regulate vibration would be helpful if someone find this level is good enough for them. Don’t get me wrong, it is quite acceptable for face, I just prefer a bit stronger. This is why I’m not returning it.FYI - there is white cover on metal massaging element and this is not mentioned in manual. I was about to return massager because I thought it doesn’t do anything and heat is too weak. I was laughing after I realized how silly it was using massager without removing cover. After reminding it I found that heat is decent.I would prefer if it has heat option on all settings, or at least allow you to choose if you want one.This massager is closest I can get to the one I had long time ago, but not perfect. I’m probably biased because I had professional face massager.
