It made me scratch my head a lot. This workbook bought all the ‘simple guide’ into understanding. I recommend if you’re buying the ‘ simple guide’ also purchase the workbook. It has shown me what is meant when it says to gradually develop shading from two or three values with a wider range what options are available. If you want to just build up your strokes through drills and exercises.
