ナローグリップ気味のベンチプレススタイルだと挙上重量が5~10㎏アップする youtubeなどでは前腕から上腕に向けて巻いているけれども、私の場合は上腕から前腕に向けて巻いた方が効果があります。ワイドグリップスタイルだとあまり恩恵はないかも
