This is definitely great for getting started with making DTF designs for shirts and other things. It's easy to put together and install. I had some issues with printing at first but their customer service was very helpful and did an amazing job with helping me. The prints are not as big as I'd hope but it's still good size and ink life is great. Definitely good quality for what you're paying for.

Amazing !!! I’m not super computer savvy but the tech helped me get this going and showed me every step. It’s a very easy process as long as you maintain the printer and do cleans frequently to help from the printer being clogged !!! Would recommend to anyone starting or continuing their printing business !!!

I was really nervous about pitching this DTF printer for my small business but I'm so glad that I did! It came packaged really well.. very secure! I received my printer and heater 1st then my laptop arrived 7 days later - which I didn't have a problem with. I instantly reached out to customer service for support for assistance as I didn't want to mess anything up! But setup was very easy... I could have probably done this on my own if I wasn't so nervous lol. Simple steps & easy instructions. Customer service was AMAZING! My tech was Fonta & he was very patient with me! HE'S THE BEST! He guided me every step of the way. The time zones are different so don't expect a reply until later that night or whatever your time zones are! I'm EST! Overall my experience has been great.. my printer is printing great! I'm so excited!! Purchase this product you won't regret it! I know I haven't had this product long but I do feel with the proper cleaning and attention this product will serve me well! Thank you for all your help and thank you for providing me with a great product. **Almost forgot the most important part - the print offs are beautiful & vibrant! Love love love this!

This is a super budget friendly printer. I am impressed so far with the quality of the prints and how simple the setup was. I like that it comes with everything you need to get started so no additional cost is required to get going. Needed some engineering support during setup and they were super responsive and helpful.

I absolutely love this DTF machine! The print quality is amazing everything comes out crisp, clean, and super detailed. The inks are vibrant and really make my designs pop, which is exactly what I was looking for. What really stood out to me was the customer service. The setup team was incredibly responsive, fast, and efficient. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, which I appreciated so much. Easy setup, beautiful color quality and great printer performance. All my prints come out nicely and technical support is amazing. I had a little hiccup that they were great in helping me resolve my issue. P.s. I regret posting this review and buying this printer! Worse mistake in my life! Printer broke a million times and I was never helped to repair it. Don’t be fooled!

I love the printer. I wish I would have gotten the bigger one. What’s makes this one great is the customer service. Anytime I have a concern they are really good with responding and assisting. The printer itself is good for beginners. After using it I’ve gotten better with my prints and it’s now time to move to a bigger one.
