First Sofirn light, WOW!
I was looking for an inexpensive light around $30 for my EDC. I own several lights from different brands and I must say this is the one I carry the most. I wanted something that I can just toss around that is reliable and durable enough and wonโt break the bank and I have found it in Sofirn SP32A V2.0. I love it so much, I just bought another one in Pale Gold also from Amazon. It has 6 modes and theyโre great, love the bright 1300 lumens Turbo. The switch is easy enough to get through different modes, it has a battery level indicator to let you know how much charge is left. The light has good knurling with stiff pocket clip. Iโve always wanted an 18650 form factor light and this even came a little shorter which I like than some of my 18650 lights. I donโt even notice that itโs there in my pocket. The beam is great with a good amount of focus, flood and spill. Itโs not a long thrower, but just enough for any types of activities. I highly recommend this light if youโre looking for a good quality, durable, reliable and budget friendly from a reputable company. Iโm their customer for life. Thanks Sofirn for making good products.

Not 1200 lumens, but still very bright, and a great budget miniature flashlight.
I bought one of these 4 months ago, and have used it frequently since, and I am very impressed. The light isn't actually 1200 lumens, but it's still very bright, about the same brightness as my one of my car's low-beam headlights. The battery life is good, and using it in the rain has not affected the performance of the flashlight. I've dropped the light multiple times from varying heights of about 2-10 feet, and the flashlight has held up very well, despite for a few scratches(which would be expected of course). I bought another one for my father as a gift, and he loves it. He uses his much more than I do, and he has had nothing but good things to say about it. The varying brightness settings and strobe mode work as expected. The rechargeable battery is useful, and has not failed me yet. I would recommend this flashlight to anybody who needs a compact light.

Great Little Flashlight
This is a fantastic little flashlight! Pros: Very portable, 5 different light settings, rechargeable battery, pocket clip. Cons: No lock-out for the switch. This flashlight is great because it's small enough to fit in a pocket, but powerful enough to absolutely fill a room with light. The lowest setting is useful for up-close tasks or to preserve your night sight, and the strobe setting could potentially be a lifesaver. There are only two reasons I don't carry this flashlight with me every day. The first is while it's small enough to fit in a hip pocket, it is a little "bulgier" than I care for, so I usually want to carry it in a jacket or a cargo pocket, but I don't always have those. The second reason is that there is no lockout mode on the switch, so occasionally I'll lean on something, hit the switch in my pocket and not notice it's on for hours, draining the battery. The battery that comes with it is rechargeable, so that's not too much of a problem, but the only way to make sure it doesn't turn on in a pocket is to partially unscrew the but cap, but that requires two hands to screw back down the next time you need to use it, and I'm often holding a tool or part in one hand already when I need the light, so a one-handed option would be more convenient. All in all, I think this flashlight is still a bargain and I would definitely recommend it.

Great all around flashlight!
This has been a great all around flashlight. Very bright with a clean hotspot. Battery that comes with it is good and charges well. Though I haven't been using the charger that came with it, it is good though that it comes with a charger because if someone is does not already use lithium 18650 batteries they would have to order one separately. Power indicator on the button is a nice touch. What really works well for me is the stepless dimming mode. Very smooth one button operation. Which, also makes it a great flashlight to lone out to non-flashlight people who may not like all the various modes some come with. All in all it's easy to use, bright, durable, and light weight. I would be comfortable using it as a primary light or bringing it as a backup on a trip for someone who forgot to bring one.

My new favorite EDC light!
This is the 3rd light I have tried from Sofirn and they keep on impressing me. I'm a flashaholic and own many different types of flashlights at many different price points. As far as budget EDC lights go Sofirns are becoming some of my favorites. The sp32a is no exception. Construction is great and is on par or better than other lights in this price range. This 1300 lumen light is plenty bright hand has low, med, high, and turbo setting in configuration 1 or in configuration 2 a ramping UI setting as well as a strobe function. This model has a positive feeling side switch instead of a tail cap switch. It has 2 lockout features one by doing 4 fast clicks, it blinks twice to confirm lock out, then 4 more fast clicks to unlock. Activate the mechanical lock out feature by half turning the tail cap. Use either or both of these so you dont activate it accidentally in a bag or in your pocket. Pair all this with the fact that it comes with a 3000mah battery and charger, that is can run off of 18650's or 2 cr123's and you simply can't beat for the money! Buy with Confidence, you won't be dissapointed."

Yeah, it's blindingly bright almost weapon like.
I have both the SP31 V2.0 and the SP32A V2.0 The SP32 is noticeably brighter. The SP32 has two modes, step up in brightness, and ramp mode. I like the SP32 the best. For getting up at night, the button is silent and doesn't wake my partner when I turn in on where the click of the SP31 does. I was concerned the SP32 might turn on if being carried in a back pack etc, but the instruction note that all you have to do is tun the cap 1/2 turn and it can't turn on accidentally. The SP32 remembers the brightness it was on when you turn it off like the SP31. The SP32 goes to it's massive turbo boost mode with a double tap of the button. A triple tap goes to strobe mode. To give you an idea just how bright the SP32 is hard to describe. But my best guess is that it is equal to about 4 bright car headlights. It's so bright that it feels like a weapon actually. I saw someone walking in the neighbors yard along our fence last night with a basic LED flashlight. I turned my SP32 on him in turbo mode and asked what he was doing. It was like converting night to day. He was just looking for his cat. Anyway, buy a couple of these. One won't be enough. You'll want one everywhere you need a flashlight.

Not terrible, not great
I bought this to stick in my backpack side pocket as an EDC. It's not bad, but I probably wouldn't spend the money again. Pros: Fairly Bright, rechargeable battery, good size. Cons: Power button location, no beam focus. Granted, I knew the cons going in, however both of them really ended up bothering me. The beam focus just limits the application, in my case. The power button location for me REALLY sucks. Whether I had this clipped in my pocket, or it is in my backpacks side pocket, the switch would frequently get triggered accidentally. Of course when it is in my backpack, I wouldn't catch it and I would go in to grab it when I need it and no more battery. I have several other flashlights with the power button on the back, and that is the design that works best for me apparently. So overall, meh.

Fantastic Value 18650 Light
This flashlight exceeds expectations greatly. The value is fantastic. Very well built single 18650 light. The anodizing is impeccable. Spring on both head and tail cap so both button top and flat top protected and unprotected batteries will work. Side switch only no tail click switch. 1/16th turn of the tail cap locks out the light so you donโt unintentionally turn it on in your pocket. The modes can be set to either ramping or steps. I prefer ramp. Turbo is blindingly bright. The only downside is the battery included in the kit. I have yet to do a capacity test but it must have fairly great IR because it takes much longer to charge than my Samsung 30Qโs of equal 3000 mAh capacity. I hate to complain too much about the battery as it works and it cost $2 with a charger. Nowhere can you find a true 3000 mAh lithium 18650 for 2$. Even if the actual capacity is 2000mAh thatโs still a great deal. Bottom line if you are looking for a high value single 18650 LED light this is nearly impossible to beat. This compares very well to much more expensive lights. Just buy it.
