Review: Great customer service. Wrong parts for Grand Prix - Edit to my edit. So after both reviews the company refunded me the purchase price to make it right. They offered full refund even though I told them it was only a few parts from the kit that were wrong fit. Their customer service definitely wants to make people happy so A+ for that. The parts that I was able to use were of good quality. Would do business with again just because I know they will stand behind their products. Just verify fitment with them before ordering a kit as the desertcart fitment guide wasn’t accurate with this kit concerning an 04 Grand Prix. Edit: So after my original review on the parts someone contacted me and said they were sorry and asked if I’d like a full refund. Being that only some of the parts didn’t fit I said I don’t feel right about a full refund but at least a partial one would be great since I had to spend an extra $83 locally to get the correct parts. They said they would work on it and let me know. Now 5 days later and no update on refund. Guess the seller doesn’t stand behind their product listings to be accurate or follow through with fixing the issue. Cant recommend seller or parts. Went from 2 stars because I was able to use some of the parts to 1 star after their failed attempt to solve the issue. Even though it was verified by desertcart and the sellers description to fit 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix not all the parts were the same. The sway bar linkage was about half the size I needed. The control arms and the tie rods fit perfect. So after pulling car apart to repair front end I found out parts were not all correct and had a choice to either leave car taken apart while replacement parts were shipped, do double the work and replace just the parts that fit and do it over again when the correct parts came, or just finish it that day by buying parts locally. Seeing that I needed my car running and I work too much to keep pulling the car apart over and over I decided to buy the parts that were correct from a local store, which cost me more money than I had planned. I reached out to company who sold this and 24 hours later got a reply asking for my vin number so they could investigate the problem. Wont buy from them again or recommend them to anyone unless you have time to wait for parts and then wait again for them to investigate and send out correct parts afterwards. They really should “investigate “ before they sell a kit listed for the vehicle in my opinion. Again I cannot recommend this kit to anyone because of the issues I had with fitment.
Review: Great parts, less $$ - The auto shop wanted $950 to replace the front lower control arms on an old vehicle with over 220,000 miles. The vehicle is so old, it’s getting to the point that you need to justify repairs. It runs great and has been well maintained, but putting nearly a thousand dollars into a vehicle that might be worth just a few grand doesn’t make sense. So I purchased this kit, watched some YouTube videos, and put in the lower control arms myself for a fraction fo the price. The kit comes with many parts, we only used the lower control arms and saved the rest for future part failures. Getting the old lower control arms out was fairly easy & straight forward. Getting the new LCA back in was a little tricky. The passenger side took about 45 minutes and had me questioning if it would ever go in, but eventually it went in just fine, torqued the bolts and put the wheel back on. When we moved over to the driver’s side, the part went right in on the first try. We took the vehicle back to our mechanic to have the alignment checked and now the vehicle drives great. Even though these parts cost significantly less than what you’d find at a local auto parts store, they are very hefty and sturdy. The metal / rubber bushings were thick and fit nice and snug. Overall very happy with this purchase.

Edit to my edit. So after both reviews the company refunded me the purchase price to make it right. They offered full refund even though I told them it was only a few parts from the kit that were wrong fit. Their customer service definitely wants to make people happy so A+ for that. The parts that I was able to use were of good quality. Would do business with again just because I know they will stand behind their products. Just verify fitment with them before ordering a kit as the Amazon fitment guide wasn’t accurate with this kit concerning an 04 Grand Prix. Fit perfect on my 1999 Ford F-150. The parts came quickly and were priced lower than anywhere else. Without a doubt I would buy from this seller again. The description and everything let me know clear enough that I was ordering the right parts for my vehicle. As a female that doesn’t have hardly any knowledge of alignment and suspension parts, they made it easy to find what I needed. I have already recommended yous to others that have also ordered parts and have had no complaints!!! I feel much safer in my ride now. Thank you. I’m high mileage driver with low cost quality parts in her truck! My only possible complaint was not on their end , it was the delivery driver that did not follow instructions and also placed the box out in the open with pouring down rain which started hours before he delivered.? Thankfully the parts were well packaged and protected inside the box. The box itself was no big loss. Thank yous
