These have very clean ingredients which is great, however the 4 'am' bars have lots of sugar (from honey+ dates). They taste nice however they're extremely chewy which I wasn't expecting

The simple ingredients and no gluten is great for restricted diets, I like being able to have these as a snack when when out with someone who has those issues, and we are hard pressed to find a place to eat. They are sticky, but the flavors are good.

These feel like pure/clean protein bars but they are not for the people who want 'delicious' protein bars - they definitely feel like you are eating something healthy.
