WICKWILLOW 8” Chef Knife – Ultra Sharp German Steel, Ergonomic Handle

Honestly, I purchased this knife thinking I was getting a different chef knife. Surprisingly, this WICKWILLOW 8” chefs knife has not disappointed me at all. I sharpen all our knives on a 1” x 30” professional belt sharpener when needed. I have not had to touch this knife up at all. Gino- Justin, TX.
