Outer Wilds: Archaeologist Edition - PS5

My son loved this game and spent many hours trying to solve the puzzles to complete the game. Was initially a bit lost on what was going on and what he needed to do but it all unravels and he was quite involved in it once he got into the flow of it. The game isn't really like other games and you really have to use your brain to move forward and need to persevere. Good graphics and quite nice just to sit and watch him play. I'm not sure if he'll play it again but I'd say probably would and he really enjoyed it. He's quite a patient 11 year old!

Hi guys just coming on here say am no expert but I believe I gotten the correct version of Outer wilds. I haven't order the defected version back when it first released because of all the bad reviews so am not sure. BUT this one I have order 2 days ago from Amazon UK as soon as I have entered the disc in my ps5 the first pop up I got was to install the dlc so am thinking this is the correct version to buy. It even says the dlc is on the disc on the back but again I don't know what the previous version said as I haven't ordered it when it first realesed. What am trying say can't guarantee but am happy with my purchase.

UPDATE: Ordered again after returning the first one, and I am delighted to say that this time I received the reprint, which does have the DLC on the disc! Worth the gamble, for a game I would easily characterise as a masterpiece. Just in case it was just me the first time, though, do make sure to check by pressing the options button on the controller while in the PS5 dashboard and check "manage game content". If you have the right print, the DLC should be there. Initial review: Sadly, either stock is all mixed up and it's a matter of luck what you'll get or this is still not the reprint, as the DLC was missing from the game I received.

I can confirm that my purchase dated 2025-08-21 contains the DLC on disc.

This is the reprint version that includes the DLC content : Echoes of the Eye ,on the disc!

Hello from Canada 🇨🇦, I can confirm the DLC is on disc and that it has the correct print on the back: "Echoes of the Eye on disc.". Because the DLC is on disc it can be played on any PSN account regardless of the region the account was set up in. Tried ordering the ESRB version off Amazon Canada but unfortunately the seller was selling old copies of the misprint without the DLC on disc. I heard a tip that Amazon UK was selling corrected PEGI copies so I ordered it on September 13 and received it on the 19th. I appreciate the speed but they shipped it in a cardboard envelope with no packaging material so part of the game case is smashed. Docking 1 star from my review for that. Also unrelated but the UK blue-ray game cases seem flimsier, I compared it to what we have in Canada and our cases are a little darker shade of blue and slightly thicker material, just an observation

Bien reçu propre et protégé, j'ai bien reçu avec le dlc dans le disc, et la petite map du système solaire. c'est vraiment un jeu que je voulais avoir en physique, expérience unique ce jeu.

Es un gran juego y esta edicion si trae el Dlc asi que es muy aconsejable. Por cierto, las unidades fluctuan asi que es mejor adquirirlo antes de que se agote.
