Easy to attach the sensor to your body i never felt anything as it went on. Easy clear instructions to set up and use. Once the app is downloaded its very self explanatory. This educated me so much on my eating habits. The foods that raised my glucose were surprising and not the foods i thought would do this. I have already implemented small changes to my diet that have made a difference to my glucose levels. The data stream is easy to see and understand on your phone. Its is so helpful to see the effect some foods can have on your body in real time. This sensor encouraged me to be a bit more active too. This sensor can be pricy but I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to instil changes to their wellbeing in relation to food/glucose levels.
