Si te gusta sentir la textura chiclosa, es buena opción!
Las láminas de arroz son muy gruesas y cuando ya las cociné la textura se volvió excesivamente chiclosa. La verdad es que hasta me dio estrés masticarlo.

The square wrapper is a frequent guest at our dinners
We use the square wrapper frequently for fresh Thai spring rolls. It is easier to fold up than the round wrappers and makes a large roll - lay it out in front of you with one of the four corners pointing at you. It also has a 10 out of 10 score for not bursting.

Easy to use
Really easy to use. Just soak for a moment in hot liquid and start wrapping. I found a vegetarian recipe using cauliflower and this to create a Buffalo chicken wing using an air fryer. The paper is dried and stiff. Easy to cut with kitchen scissors into smaller squares. Quick dip in hot broth and ready to wrap. Out of the fryer the paper becomes crispy. Does not impart any flavor to the dish. Recommend.
