Very helpful after a night of clinching. I use it in the morning to relax my overworked muscles and it has made a noticeable different. I do agree with other reviews that it doesn’t stay very hot for long but I only use it for 10-15 minutes so it does the job for me!

it's soft and comfortable and warms my face up just right. It does not get hot, which is actually good cause I don't have to worry about burning myself like I do with regular heating pads. But it gets nice and warm is soft and works just fine very comfortable. I like the timer. The size is perfect for my face and it really relaxed my muscles.

I purchased this for TMJ pain relief, and like many other reviewers, I experienced the same major problem: it barely gets warm even on the highest setting. The power cord gets warmer than the actual heating pad, which defeats the entire purpose of buying a heat therapy product.What Doesn't Work:• Heat output is insufficient - Even on "high" it's barely lukewarm• Velcro doesn't hold securely - It shifts around once it warms up (the little heat there is)• Quality control issues - Stopped working after initial use• False advertising - Marketed for pain relief but can't generate enough heat to actually helpThe Only Silver Lining:The design and adjustable strap are fine in theory, but they're meaningless when the core function—heating—doesn't work. I followed the directions exactly and gave it multiple attempts.Bottom Line:This product failed to deliver on its basic promise. I received a refund and threw it away. Don't make the same mistake. If you need a heating pad for TMJ or wisdom teeth recovery, look elsewhere. This isn't worth the money or the disappointment.

I’ve been using this for a while now for my TMD. My muscles are my biggest issue causing this disorder. It heats nicely and feels comfortable. My 2 complaints is I wish it was chargeable instead of needing to be plugged in because I’m stuck in one place. The second is I wish the heat went higher up on the straps . I am still using this until I find something better. It definitely does the job

It could get hotter but it works if you lay down on your side it gets a bit hotter I'm going to try to sleep with it on
