Box is not marked vegan... Ingredients include honey, egg whites, almonds, sugar and traces of hazelnuts, and walnuts... It is marked gluten free and its made in Spain. It is my favorite turron and is traditionally eaten at Christmas time Hope this helps...

Does this contain regular almonds, or from the almendro (Dipterix) tree? Thanks.

Ingredients: Almonds (UE and non-UE) 63%, Honey 18.7%, Sugar, Wafer (potato starch and sunflower oil) and Egg white. May contain traces of other tree nuts (Hazelnuts and Walnuts). This is off the back of the box. Hope it helps.

I am not sure to be honest as I gave it as a gift but hopefully the seller will answer for you. I know it's delicious because I have tried it before... Did you check the list of ingredients sometimes they show a close-up of the box. Hope this helps.
