⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Does the job well! I’ve been using this Artis UPS for my desktop and WiFi router, and it works just as I expected. During power cuts, it gives me enough backup time (around 10 minutes) to save my work and shut things down safely. The green light and beeping alerts are simple and easy to understand. It’s compact, not noisy, and feels sturdy. Of course, it won’t run your PC for hours, but for short outages and protection, it’s more than enough. Definitely good value for money if you just need peace of mind against sudden power cuts.

The product works great, has a less loud beep and lasts long my power hungry pc for a while when on battery, except it fails to deliver the required power when my PC goes to sleep mode (350w). I am not sure why this is happening but it doesn't occur with other UPS backups I have checked with. Anyway, I am returning the item but leave no negative feedback of it except for this particular issue.

VFM Bought Aug 2022 Used for 3 years, at initial months the backup was so good, almost 24-36 hours if used only for WiFi router! This inverter has served me well during December cyclone powercuts in Chennai, we were able to charge the mobiles during crisis situation! During Jan 2025 the battery has degraded so much, but I was able replace the battery from local shops! Bought 2x 12V Amaron battery costed about Rs.2200 after giving away old battery to battery shop, this inverter again became VFM. Recommended buy! Hardware didn’t fail! Circuit still works!

BUY ANY OTHER BRAND!!! Absolutely pathetic experience from Artis!!! I had purchased this UPS for safeguarding my TV + PlayStation 5 (PS5) setup. It worked fine for about 10-11 months, but it started giving me issues even before it completed 1 year from the date of purchase. It would randomly fail to keep the devices alive during times of 30-second power fluctuations, or sometimes its microcontroller would just not be able to switch fast enough during power cuts, which would lead to the devices dying. This product comes with a 2-year warranty, so I reached out to Artis to get the UPS serviced/replaced. They mentioned to me on the call that they would service and replace the battery cells in my UPS, which I agreed to. They mentioned at the time that they were short on parts and would inform me as soon as the parts became available so that I could take the UPS to them and get it serviced. Guess what, they never called back and kept delaying when I called back. In all of this, the 2-year warranty duration expired, and as soon as that happened, they started saying that your product is out of warranty and cannot be serviced free of charge now. I spoke to their customer care team, who were extremely rude and kept saying the same thing: that your product is not in warranty. They didn't agree to service the UPS even after I shared the screenshots of my chats with the Artis personnel, where they had said that they would be calling me up as soon as the parts were available again. So, right now, my UPS is basically a brick, not able to power even just a 55-inch LED TV for 10 seconds, forget about the PS5. I purchased this UPS as this was one of the most budget-friendly options at the time, but that comes at the cost of basic integrity and customer support, I guess. I would never be purchasing from Artis again!

The ups came in good condition but however after usage of just one year the batteries inside became faulty . There are two 7A batteries which are non branded and didn't give me good backup so not worth it . I spent extra Rs 2500 for changing the batteries which are better and have a power rating of 7.2 A. Overall ups is fine but the batteries that they provide are low quality and might become useless within a short period
