Best in the market
I think this is best in the market. Big brands quality is lower than this. I have used boss , apple .. but this is amazing. 10 star ⭐️ for this ♥️♥️

Right bud volume is lower than left
I have bought it from the india website amaozn.in. The right ear bud volume is lower than the left. I tried to get a replacement /return but the amazon site does not allow me to ask for a replacement or return if I select "Item is defective or does not work" as a return reason

Limited use case not worth the money
Good product, good sound but can't use it for long sessions as it starts hurting the outer ear Only good for gym sessions Definitely not recommended for use while laying down, not very comfortable.

Really bad functions
Does not work with your Iphone's timer. When the timer hits, which is very important to follow when you are working out, you can not turn it off using the earphone. Oversweating will cause the touch pad to stop working. My ANC switching, which happens when the right earbud button is long pressed, was pressed down when I started to sweat into the earbuds Waste of cash

Disappointed with Product Quality and Lack of Support from JLab
I purchased the JLab Epic Sport ANC3 on June 26, 2025, and initially, they worked well. However, within days, I began experiencing audio issues like stuttering, skipping, and poor bass quality. I reached out to JLab support on July 18 but received no meaningful assistance. After escalating the issue, I faced communication difficulties and was unable to get a replacement or refund. I've documented the entire experience, including support interactions and proof of purchase, and am pursuing formal resolution channels. Unfortunately, my experience with the product and support has been disappointing, and I would advise future buyers to proceed with caution.

Absolutely the worst I have ever brought
Low volume , zero ANC , worst sound quality , very uncomfortable to wear causes pain within 30 min of wearing it . This product is probably worth 1000 and even some lower price ones like boat has better quality and sound and ANC
