what is the difference between liquitex flow aid effects vs airbrush medium effects ? Can I use 'flow aid effects' for thinning and airbrushing ?

Flow aid is a thinner not suitable for airbrusing. It's way too thick for airbrusing

Some what, your colours do become diluted quite a bit, the transparency was not lost at all, good for multiple layers painting. Layers would be remarkably thinner. For retreader- Camlin brand would be much cheaper, and works well
