Good purchase, I would recommend. I had purchased a regular washer hose to hook up to the washer hookup and it works perfectly. The hose that comes with it, will not work for washer hook-up in the laundry room. I purchased this because its just me and one other person and we don't need a thousand + dollar washer machine. With all the "smart" options on one of those, they break down frequently and normally after the warranty runs out. This is affordable, smaller, does the job and doesn't take up so much room. Noise level is not bad - same noise as regular washer/dryer. We can move easily if needed. Drying time takes a bit longer due to it being smaller than a regular dryer but I'm not standing around waiting for my laundry to dry anyway. So I load, walk away check and turn on again if needed. Very pretty machines. They look high quality and clean. No issues so far. Im definitely sticking to these smaller , portable washer dryer from now on.

These are perfect for my apartment the dryer it a lot smaller ten what the washer can hold keep that in mind but if you let stuff air dry you it can easily (washer) keep up with a family of four on the daily the dryers small but works great can handle my big bath sheets only one at a time but still works and saves me so much money

This is a great pair. I love the washer, we only bought the medium and it can do quite a bit. Everything is pretty easy, if you've used a washing machine before, it's simple to figure out. The dryer however is small. For every load of washing, it takes two to three dryer loads, depending on what it is. And the amount of time it takes is insanely long. I understand that it's on 120V and can't exactly be super powerful, but I didn't think it would take me practically all day to dry two loads of washing. Would I recommend it, yes, it does do the job well, clothes are clean and everything is simple to use. But I would warn them about the long drying times. Of all the reviews I read before I bought it, I don't think anyone mentioned the time factor. Maybe I'm being picky, we used to have a house with a great Samsung pair, long story, tornado, no more house. So rental with no washer/dryer hookup. This does the job, takes a while, but it does the job

Love these! Quick tidbit, if you can’t hook it up to the faucet you can roll in near a kitchen sink, with extendable faucet and add the water manually for the cycle and it works. Lift the lid and keep your finger on the button which the lid presses down and add water, repeat for rinse cycles. I was in a pinch and tried it and it worked perfectly. The dryer is also great! I put mine out on my patio and run it to keep from using a vent. That’s the great part, it is light enough to move wherever and store wherever! Great product.

I love this little set! The washer holds quite a bit more than I expected! I can wash a dozen extra large t-shirts in it with no problem! Give or take a couple of shirts I would say that it holds between half, and three quarters as big of a load as a regular full size washer. I can wash 4 pairs of jeans in it whereas my old full size washer could hold about 7 or 8 pairs. In my opinion I would not expect this washer to do well with REALLY dirty clothes, but If you don't get your clothes really dirty, just average wear, this washer is perfect for you! Especially if you're single like myself. As far as bedding, it's pretty much just one top and one bottom queen size sheet set at a time if you want to give them a fairly good wash that is. I like the little dryer as well. I normally hang my clothes outside on a line to dry but I bought this set because a washer about the same size goes for only a little less than I could get this set for...so I went for the set. The dryer holds more than you would expect as well. It works well but don't expect it to get super hot. That is just fine with me because when I dry shirts I don't want the dryer to get super hot anyway because I end up shrinking my shirts! Anyway, although I have a place in my condo to put a washer, the hook-ups and drain pipe, but there isn't a vent to hook the dryer vent hose up to...Otherwise I would have just kept the compact stacked GE washer dryer that I already had and put it there! When I do use The dryer I just set this new little dryer on the floor in front of my open patio door and let the vent hole just blow out through the screen door. Anyway, for the price this set beats the hell out of dragging all of my crap up and down 2 flights of stairs to get it all up and down from the laundry room which is also 2 buildings away! As an added bonus, The customer service is nothing short of excellent! The 1st set that I received had been damaged by the shipper and didn't work properly. I emailed the seller and they promptly emailed me back concerned about my problem! They immediately offered me a full refund or they offered to send me a new washer (the washer was what was damaged) I was leery about asking for another washer because I figured that I would have to ship the damaged one back, but they told me that they would send me out another washer and I didn't have to send the damaged one back! What a relief! I received my new washer in perfect condition a couple of days later...now that's customer service!

My mom lives full-time in an RV with two full bathrooms, and since she’s on her own, we decided it made more sense to turn one of them into a laundry room. She doesn’t have the electrical capacity for a full-size dryer, so this set was the perfect solution. Even though both the washer and dryer look small, they handled a week’s worth of clothes with no problem - she split them into lights and darks and was able to wash each load easily. The dryer is a little smaller than the washer, so she may start splitting her drying loads to help prevent wrinkles, but overall, we’ve both been really impressed. Setup was super easy. We used an adjustable rack to stack them, and I added anti-vibration pads just to be safe - you can’t even tell when the washer is in spin mode. It spins so efficiently that the clothes come out barely damp! She just opens the bathroom vent and turns on the fan while drying to keep the humidity down, and the setup connects right to her sink drain. It’s been working perfectly for her space and laundry needs.

The one star is for the dryer only. I'm happy with the washing machine but the dryer is garbage. It takes literally hours to dry one small load. This does not save money. I would love to get my money back on the dryer but the box it came in has been recycled. Companies need to stand by their products even if the customer no longer has the packaging.

Washer works pretty well, I am still constantly having issues with the dryer after a few months of still having it . When the dryer is working it’s pretty quiet so I do like that
